Originally, the club used to meet for pool sessions at Blaydon leisure centre every Wednesday night. However, due to the shallow nature of the pool, it was not suitable for diver training. Currently, the club does not have access to a pool but hopes to regain use of Dunston pool, which offers a proper deep end. Despite the lack of a pool, Tyneside 114 remains an active club with a busy dive calendar for 2023 and now 2024.
Members of the club meet at the Ravensworth Arms in Lamesley on the second Monday of each month for socialising and trip planning. This casual get-together allows divers to bond over a few beers, engage in conversations about diving, and discuss upcoming dives.
