Join Airdrie Stick Repair's U15 and U18 Spring Conditioning Camps to enhance your athlete's conditioning, strength, and quickness through targeted off-ice and on-ice training. If you're unable to commit to the full program, single-session passes are available for $45 for ice sessions and $35 for dryland sessions. Drop-in options will also be available for the Academy ID skate evaluation once the ice schedule is confirmed. Dryland sessions will be hosted 1.5 hours before each ice time on specific dates to help you get the most out of your training.
