Our gym is equipped with Competition Grade Powerlifting equipment to cater to all levels, from beginners to elite athletes. Our coaches are experts in their fields and are available during staffed coaching hours to watch your technique, give training advice, and answer any questions you may have.
In addition to our gym facilities, we also offer 1-on-1 personal training and nutrition coaching. Our coaches will work with you to create a customised programme that suits your individual needs and goals. For those who prefer a more flexible approach, we offer online programmes through our Ultra Training Systems. This allows you to access our training philosophy and resources remotely, either on their own or in conjunction with our 24-hour access facility. With online programmes, you will have your own coach, tailored weekly or monthly programmes, progress tracking, video reviews, and more.
