Frequently Asked Questions
We run judo classes for kids (5 to 15 years) and adult classes. You will learn throwing techniques and ground grappling, and kids are introduced to arm locks and strangles only from age 14.
Classes are held at the Central Coast Sports & Leisure Centre on Flora Street, West Ulverstone. Kids train on Tuesdays, while adults train Wednesday and Thursday evenings.
