Unbound Fitness is a gym located in Auckland, New Zealand. We believe in building a strong and supportive community where everyone is welcome. Our mission is to provide a space for individuals to push their limits and achieve their fitness goals with the help of our approachable and knowledgeable coaches.
At Unbound Fitness, we offer a variety of classes to cater to different fitness levels and preferences. Our classes are designed and programmed by Renegade Performance, ensuring that you receive a well-rounded and effective workout.
Our functional training class combines Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and cardio endurance. This programme is designed to increase strength, flexibility, and overall endurance, both inside and outside the gym. Our experienced coaches will guide you through this challenging yet rewarding workout, enabling you to surpass your fitness goals.
For those looking to improve their stamina and endurance, our Enduro class is the perfect choice. This full 50-minute running clock workout is designed to push your limits and build capacity. The class focuses on body weight exercises, kettlebells/dumbbells, wall balls, and a variety of cardio equipment. Leave the barbells behind and challenge yourself with this high-intensity class.
If you enjoy working out with your gym buddies and having fun while getting fit, our Weekend Warrior class is the ideal option for you. Held every Saturday morning, this larger endurance workout is a team effort. Test your functional training skills and push your limits alongside your friends, all while having a great time.
