At UNDEFEATD - female only Martial Arts, we are dedicated to creating a safe and empowering environment for women to learn the art of Wing Chun Kung Fu. Our school, located in Hobart, offers classes that are specifically tailored to suit the needs of our female students.

In our 10-week block or casual classes, our highly trained team, led by Master Level instructor Nicola Francis, will guide you through the principles and techniques of Wing Chun Kung Fu. Wing Chun is the perfect self-defence system as it does not rely on strength but rather on protective behaviour principles and strategies. It is a non-competitive martial art that focuses on personal development, respect, and coordination.

We offer classes for girls and boys aged 5-7 and 6-12, as well as dedicated classes for teenagers and ladies. Whether you are a beginner or have previous martial arts experience, our classes will challenge you and help you develop not only physical fitness but also confidence, discipline, and flexibility.
