Undercroft Bridge Club

Welcome to the Undercroft Bridge Club, located at 20 Ron Chamberlain Drive in Duncraig. Established in 1972 with only 42 members, the club has since grown to over 500 members. We are a vibrant and inclusive community of bridge enthusiasts, dedicated to fostering a love for the game.

At the Undercroft Bridge Club, we offer various sessions throughout the week to cater to players of all skill levels. Our playing times can be found under the “Sessions” tab on our website. Visitors are always welcome, and you do not need a partner for Tuesday or Sunday afternoon sessions. Open sessions are available on different days, so please refer to our schedule for more details.

For players with less than 100 masterpoints, we have Novice sessions on Friday afternoons and Tuesday mornings. These sessions are designed to provide a supportive environment for newer players to gain experience and improve their skills. Additionally, Saturday morning sessions offer supervision and training in a relaxed atmosphere. If you have a basic understanding of bridge play, you can attend these sessions without a partner and join in the fun.

Membership at the Undercroft Bridge Club is $50 for the home club and $20 for associate members. However, we are currently offering a reduced membership fee of $35 for the remainder of the UBC financial year. Our club has recently changed banks to Commonwealth, and all membership payments should now be made to the following account: BSB 06 6192, Account No: 1066 4197, Name: UNDERCROFT BRIDGE CLUB.

If you're interested in improving your knowledge or learning the game from scratch, we offer lessons at the Undercroft Bridge Club. Our upcoming course on Multi 2 Diamonds will commence on Saturday, January 13th, 2024, and run for four weeks.
