Full Membership: $450
This one’s for those who are keen to train and compete regularly. You get access to all club facilities, coaching, and equipment. 💪
Recreational Membership: $340
Perfect for those who just want to row for fitness and fun. Includes limited access to club facilities, coaching, and equipment.
First Year Membership: $340
New to rowing? This one's for you. Reduced fees to get you hooked. 🙌
Family Membership: 10% discount
Got a crew at home? Get a 10% discount for each family member who joins.
Coxswain Membership: Free
For our coxswains – you steer, we cheer. Access to all facilities at no cost. 🆓
Boat Storage Only: $250
Got your own boat? Store it at the club and get access to the storage facilities.
We also offer a gym membership for $100 if you want to use the club's gym equipment for fitness training.
The Union Boat Club (UBC) has a proud history in New Zealand rowing. Our members have achieved both national and international recognition. We support local schools and have helped students win titles at the NZ Secondary Schools Championships.

To join, fill out the registration form and pay the fees. We keep our fees as low as possible to make rowing accessible. These fees cover the maintenance of club facilities, utilities, gym usage, and more. Regatta fees vary per event and cover travel, accommodation, and entry fees.
