Are you the owner of Unit 23 Skatepark?
Unit 23 Skatepark, nestled in Dumbarton, Scotland, is the pride and joy of the local skate community. Opened in 2002, it’s the UK's largest indoor skatepark, spanning a massive 56,000 square feet. Dave, the organiser, has ensured it’s all rider-owned and rider-operated, keeping it real and passionate.
The skatepark features three halls stuffed with ramps for every skill level. The showstopper is the giant little devil bowl replica, promising a wild ride for the adrenaline junkies. Plus, there’s a massive foam pit where skaters can safely push their limits.
Dave didn't stop there. He added the Unit 23 Bounce House, with two lively sessions each weekday—perfect for a bit of fun for all ages.
Need to rent gear? No problem. Whether you're into BMX bikes, scooters, or skateboards, Unit 23 has you covered. And yes, it’s all reasonably priced so no one misses out on the action.
The skate shop at Unit 23 is well-stocked too. From grip tape to hoodies and protective gear, they've got all your skateboarding needs sorted. The shop keeps you in the loop with blog posts, product details, and promotions.
Unit 23 Skatepark isn’t just about skating; it’s about community. They offer annual memberships that give loyal visitors discounted rates. Open from Monday to Friday, 12pm to 10pm, and weekends from 12pm to 8pm, Dave has made sure there’s plenty of time to hit the ramps.
