The United Kingdom Haidong Gumdo Association. Kiddi-Kombat a specially designed martial arts programme for children aged 4–7 years old. It focuses on developing basic martial arts skills, discipline, concentration, coordination, and confidence.
Triumph Martial Arts is dedicated to helping anyone find their way, the right way. The school is rooted in traditional martial arts principles and values, and classes are conducted in a friendly and disciplined manner. Students are encouraged to progress at their own pace, regardless of their ability, with the goal of overall self-improvement.
Triumph Martial Arts currently operates two schools within the Cheltenham area in Gloucestershire. The first school is Triumph Taekwon-Do (TTKD), which teaches the Chang Hon system of traditional ITF Taekwon-Do. The second school is Triumph Haidong Gumdo Hwang Yong, which focuses on teaching the traditional Korean sword martial art of Haidong Gumdo.
The founder and Chief Instructor of Triumph Martial Arts is Harry Limer, also known as . Harry is a professional martial arts instructor with decades of experience. He began training in Taekwon-Do in 1985 and has since trained with numerous martial arts Grand Masters and Masters specialising in Taekwon-Do and Haidong Gumdo. With 14 years of military and 20 years of police service, Harry brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his teaching.
Triumph Taekwon-Do is a member of Authentic Centres for Excellence of Taekwon-Do (ACE) and Harry is a fully qualified 5th Dan International Instructor. Haidong Gumdo classes at Triumph Martial Arts aim to deliver and teach the unique traditional Korean sword martial art throughout Gloucestershire and expand across the United Kingdom in the future. Haidong Gumdo is known for its elegance and power, and it offers physical, mental, and spiritual benefits to its practitioners.
In addition to Taekwon-Do and Haidong Gumdo, Triumph Martial Arts also offers Kiddi-Kombat, a specialised martial arts programme designed for children aged 4-7. This programme focuses on developing basic martial arts skills, discipline, concentration, coordination, and confidence in young children.
