Aston Colley is reaching out to the sports community with an exciting opportunity to unwind and rejuvenate through Unwind-Yoga. Based in Alcester, this welcoming studio focuses on helping individuals relax and discover inner peace through Yoga.
Aston, with over 20 years of experience and a British Wheel of Yoga Teacher Diploma (Level 4), leads a variety of classes designed to suit different needs and abilities. Her teaching centres on mindfulness and self-enquiry, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere for everyone.
Classes at Unwind-Yoga aim to release tension and stress. Aston knows that daily worries can weigh heavily on the mind, so she creates a peaceful space encouraging students to be present and mindful. Each session begins with grounding exercises and gentle movements, fostering a deeper awareness as the class progresses.
Aston also integrates mindfulness and meditation into her teachings. As a mindfulness teacher and the Oxford Director of The UK College of Mindfulness, she brings a holistic approach, including techniques like Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation.
Unwind-Yoga welcomes individuals of all levels, offering personalised attention and support, ensuring everyone can benefit, whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner.
Currently, in-person classes are on hold in Worcestershire, Warwickshire, and Birmingham. However, Aston offers online live classes and personal 1:1 sessions, as well as corporate Yoga workshops and retreats.
