The outdoor swimming pool is perfect for cooling off on hot summer days, with designated areas for lap swimming, leisure swimming, and water activities. The skateboard park is a haven for skating enthusiasts, with ramps, rails, and obstacles to challenge and inspire riders of all abilities. The Uplands Military Community Centre is managed by the PSP Ottawa Recreation office, which ensures that the facilities are well-maintained and accessible for unit events, personal gatherings, and community activities. The centre is open Monday to Friday from 0800-1600hrs, making it a convenient place to host meetings, workshops, seminars, banquets, and training sessions.
