For those unable to commit to personal coaching due to geographical location or work commitments, Uplift Gym provides a premium online coaching service. This service is designed for intermediate to advanced athletes who are seeking technical proficiency, accountability, and confidence in their training.

Uplift Gym recently introduced their Weightlifting Club, a NSWWA and AWF sanctioned club. Athletes can register under Uplift Weightlifting Club and compete at local and national levels. The weightlifting area is equipped with high-quality weightlifting equipment suitable for everyone from novice weightlifters to aspiring Olympians.

Co-owned by Australian Weightlifting Representatives, Isabel Lorenzi and Kyle Bruce, Uplift Gym is passionate about bringing the sport of Olympic weightlifting out of the dark ages and helping individuals enjoy this amazing sport. Both coaches are qualified strength coaches who strive to equip their clients with the knowledge and technical advice needed to enjoy strength training for a lifetime. Uplift Gym also has other personal trainers working under their banner to assist individuals in achieving their training goals.

One popular item is their ZKC lifting straps, which are ideal for individuals struggling to hold their repetitions due to sore hands. They also offer a Squats & Pulls eBook, featuring a 4-week percentage-based programme designed to increase weightlifting strength.
