Head Coach Gail King brings a wealth of experience to Valhalla MMA. With a background in Taekwondo and kickboxing, Gail has competed at provincial, national, and international levels, winning numerous awards including Gold at the Arnold Classic. Now retired from fighting, Gail focuses on coaching and is dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals or competitive success. Gail is continuously improving her skill set and is currently studying for a diploma in sports and fitness nutrition.
