Sensei Michael Thompson Sensei Michael Thompson is a 3rd degree black belt and has been training for over 15 years. He is a former national champion and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his classes. Sensei Michael is dedicated to helping his students achieve their goals and improve their karate skills.

Sensei Sarah Andrews Sensei Sarah Andrews is a 2nd degree black belt and has been training for over 10 years. She is a dedicated and passionate instructor who always puts her students first.
