For those interested in umpiring, the Hawks offer an Umpire Intake program for the 2024 season. By completing the intake form, individuals can join the mailing list for umpiring information and stay informed about upcoming opportunities. Additionally, the club partners with local businesses like Martin Fisher Tailors to support the Men's National Team, offering community engagement opportunities for members.

The Hawks also run a successful Schools Program, promoting field hockey in elementary schools throughout Vancouver. As a member of Vancouver Hawks Field Hockey Club, players are required to register and pay fees directly with Field Hockey BC (FHBC) to ensure valid insurance coverage for sanctioned activities.
