In addition, this programme helps to sharpen motor skills, mental focus, and self-discipline, improving body balance and coordination.

For children aged six years and above, our Kids Dance classes are designed to get your child one step ahead. In addition to teaching dance techniques, we emphasise the values of respect and discipline towards themselves and others. These classes encourage creativity and help children discover exciting dance techniques while practising patience, respect, and empathy towards their peers and elders.

Our dance classes for seniors, aged 9 years and above, are all about developing confidence, meeting new friends, and having fun! These high-energy classes teach technique, timing, and coordination while building the stepping stones to better confidence and self-esteem. Students have the opportunity to learn routines both in groups and on an individual basis, combining learning with performance. We also provide opportunities for students to showcase their skills at our fantastic shows and performances, rewarding their dedication and improvements.
