Join the Vert Academy 15U/16U Girls-North Location program for girls entering U15 or U16 in the 2024-2025 Season. The program is all about pushing your limits and taking your vertical jump to new heights through specialized training. With a focus on strength training, plyometrics, and on-court volleyball sessions, athletes can expect to see real progress in their power production. This program is for those who are serious about maximizing their potential and are willing to put in the work to achieve long-term results.
The program is limited to 16 athletes who are ready to give it their all. Participants will have the opportunity to undergo vertical jump testing using cutting-edge force plate/vertec technology to track their progress. Sessions run on Mondays and Wednesdays from June 3rd to June 26th, with strength training from 4:30pm to 5:30pm and on-court sessions from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.
