Vinnie's love for health and fitness began in his early 20s when he joined his local gym. It was there that he had the opportunity to train with professionals who taught him the importance of good technique in the gym. Prior to becoming a personal trainer, Vinnie spent 13 years as an adventure guide on the Tully River. During this time, he developed a passion for helping people have the best experience possible and ensuring their day was a memorable one.

With VFIT Training, Vinnie has brought together all his passions health, fitness, and helping people. He believes in genuine care towards each individual's health and fitness goals and aims to make exercise an enjoyable and integral part of their everyday lives.
