Our classes are designed to provide maximum benefits for everyone. We offer small group classes as well as private and duo sessions. Additionally, we provide specialised training for Equestrians, Dancers, Athletes, and clients in need of therapy conditioning.

In our Hypervibe Open class, you'll experience a total body conditioning session in just 30 minutes. This class incorporates toning, conditioning, stretching, and massage using the benefits of whole body vibration.
For our active ageing members aged 55+, we have the Hypervibe Active Ageing 55+ class. This class is tailored to suit the specific needs of this age group, focusing on bone density, strength, and circulation while maintaining a slower pace.
