In a 60-minute session either at your home or through Zoom, she will work with you to understand your goals and preferences for a home practise. Following the session, Victoria will provide you with a personalised plan to support your ongoing practise.

This option is particularly useful during the postnatal period and early years of motherhood, ensuring that you are practising in a way that serves your body well. The bespoke practise plan, which includes the private lesson and your own home practise plan, is priced at 60.
