At Viki's Pilates, participants have the option to attend in-person or online group classes. The in-person Pilates classes take place at the charming Friends Meeting House in Bakewell and can accommodate a maximum of 12 participants. For those who prefer the convenience of joining from home or want to include additional participants, the classes are also streamed live over Zoom.
In addition to Pilates classes, Viki's Pilates offers a range of other invigorating classes such as Ballet Fit, Strength and Conditioning, Stretch and Tone, and HIP (High Impact Power) Pilates. For individuals seeking one-on-one attention or focusing on specific needs, private tuition is available. Private sessions can be booked at either the Friends Meeting House or Viki's own studio in Chatsworth, with appointments costing £45 for a 45-minute session.
To participate in the online classes, Viki's Pilates asks that individuals come prepared with a mat, a band, and a device with a reliable internet connection. If using a phone, participants will need to download the Zoom app. Prior to the class, Viki will send an email containing a link to join. In case participants encounter any issues with the link, they can simply request another one. During the class, it is requested that participants mute themselves to minimise background noise.
To join any of Viki's Pilates classes, participants are kindly asked to complete the Body Control Pilates Enrolment Form. Once completed, they can email it directly to Viki.
