Liz Vaughton holds a Bachelor's degree and a Level 3 Diploma in Instructing Pilates Matwork. She is a registered practitioner for Back4Good, specialising in low back pain. Liz has also pursued additional courses in Pilates for the Older Person, Intermediate Matwork, Footwork, Myofascial Slings, The Franklin Method, and Pelvic Floor.
Samm Vince holds a Bachelor's degree and a Level 3 Diploma in Instructing Pilates Matwork. With a passion for movement and good posture, Samm continuously seeks to expand her knowledge and skills. She is dedicated to creating a relaxed, friendly, and safe environment where clients of all ages can develop and maintain a strong and flexible body.
