Our Pilates programmes, including Clinical, Mat, and Pregnancy Pilates, are overseen by these physiotherapists to ensure you receive the best possible care. Unlike traditional fitness classes, our Pilates classes have a maximum of eight participants, allowing for more individualised attention and guidance from our physiotherapists.
If you're new to Pilates, you can drop in anytime for one of our Pilates Mat classes, which are designed to improve core strength and posture in a fun and engaging group format. For a more personalised experience, we offer our Clinical Movement Programme where you'll receive an individualised programme tailored to your specific needs and goals.

With classes available every day of the week, you can choose a time that suits your schedule and ensure you never miss out on keeping your body moving.
In our Movement Studio Pilates programmes, you can expect to use a variety of equipment depending on the class you decide. Our Clinical Pilates classes utilise traditional equipment such as reformers, Cadillac (Trapeze) tables, and Wunda chairs. Mat Pilates classes incorporate foam rollers, weight balls, and magic circles. We also offer Pregnancy Pilates classes that focus on preparing the body for pregnancy and strengthening the pelvic floor.
