Carrie from VOX Dance Studios has a few updates for the sports community. VOX Dance Studios, based in Camborne, is Cornwall’s top spot for dance and performing arts. They’ve got classes for everyone, from the tiniest tots to adults looking for a new hobby.
The studio offers a mix of dance styles. Think ballet, modern, and tap for the classics, plus street and commercial dance for those wanting something hip. Ballet covers the basics, building strength and control. Tap has that fun, rhythmic footwork we all love, ranging from jazz tap to more modern “Stomp” styles. Modern dance blends elements from ballet, Latin, and jazz, packed with turns and jumps.
If street dance or breakdance is your thing, Carrie’s got you covered with hip-hop, contemporary, and commercial dance classes. VOX also runs drama and performance sessions, where you can dive into musical theatre, character roles, and even a bit of script reading.

In 2018, VOX was chuffed to receive the Primary Times Reader Award for Best Party Entertainer & Venue in Cornwall. This award shows just how much effort they put into making everything top-notch for the community.
