Our Young Warriors programme is designed for children aged 9–12 years old, who are ready to take their martial arts journey to the next level. In this programme, we focus on refining techniques, improving physical fitness, and developing mental resilience.

Through structured training sessions, our young warriors will learn advanced martial arts skills while also developing essential life skills such as self-discipline, focus, and goal setting. We challenge our students to push their limits and strive for excellence, all while having fun and enjoying the journey.

Our Young Leaders programme is tailored to meet the unique needs and challenges faced by teenagers aged 13–17 years old. We understand that this age group requires a supportive and inclusive environment where they can build confidence, improve physical fitness, and develop leadership skills.

In this programme, our experienced instructors provide mentorship and guidance to help teenagers navigate their martial arts journey effectively. Through challenging training sessions, our young leaders will develop discipline, resilience, and critical thinking skills that will benefit them in all areas of life.

For those students who have a passion for competitive sport taekwondo, we offer specialised training to help them reach their full potential. Our sport taekwondo competition training programme is designed to improve physical fitness, enhance technical skills, and develop a competitive mindset.
