Vicki organises VYoga at Trinity Henleaze United Reform Church in Bristol. The studio offers a range of group and private classes for both beginners and intermediate students. These sessions focus on making movement easy and restoring natural breathing patterns.
The aim of VYoga's classes is to help individuals release tension and build strength in both body and mind. Yoga practice can offer students stress relief, balanced energy, and a boost to their immune system. To ensure a friendly and personalised experience, the classes are kept small.
For November and December, VYoga has scheduled four classes on November 3, 17, December 1, and 22, each running from 11:00 am to 12:15 pm. Students can book all four sessions for 36 or attend individually for 12 per class. These classes are available in-person, online, and can also be accessed via recorded audio.
In addition to the regular classes, VYoga offers menopause workshops. These workshops provide a supportive space for small groups to explore how yoga can help navigate the physical and emotional changes during menopause. The sessions include both active and restorative poses, as well as yoga nidra for deep relaxation and practical tips. Upcoming workshop dates will be posted on VYoga's website.
Vicki has received positive feedback from her students, who find the classes enjoyable and beneficial. They appreciate her ability to tailor sessions to individual needs and her use of humour to create a welcoming atmosphere.
VYoga classes take place at Leonard Hall, within the Trinity Henleaze United Reform Church on Waterford Road, Henleaze, Bristol, conveniently near Westbury on Trym. Private classes are also available for those who prefer to progress at their own pace.
