With a proud history dating back to its formation in 1953, the Wakatipu Rugby Club is renowned as one of the strongest Otago Country Rugby Clubs in the region. We are the only rugby club located in the adventure capital of the world, Queenstown, offering a unique experience for players and spectators.

The club currently fields two senior rugby teams, the leadings, and Wanderers, who compete in local competitions. Additionally, we have a Women's team and a vibrant junior rugby club, which includes Girl's Rippa Rugby.
