At Warrington Kickboxing, the structured training programmes cater to everyone, from complete beginners to seasoned competitors. And with sessions running every day from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, there’s always a slot to fit into your busy schedule.

The gym offers a variety of training sessions tailored to different age groups, including the 'K3' programme for kids aged 6 to 11, the 'K2' programme for teenagers, and the 'K1' programme featuring adult small-group sessions and personal training. The Combat-Kickboxing syllabus is comprehensive, covering everything from kicks and punches to ground-striking techniques.

For those of you targeting self-defence and fitness, the black belt training programme is a brilliant way to track your progress. If competition is your goal, the championship programme provides sports-specific training to sharpen your skills for the ring or octagon.

Neil takes great pride in the gym's track record, with 52 champions bagging 88 title belts over 29 years, including British, Commonwealth, European, and World Titles. Two of the gym's members have even achieved the title of World Champion, with one securing the 2005 Warrington Sports Personality of the Year award.
