Warwick Racing, spearheaded by Julia, is a university-based motorsports team located in Coventry, UK. As a Formula Student division competitor, their main task is designing, testing, and building a high-performance single-seat electric racing car from scratch. Julia and the diverse team of engineers, designers, and business personnel aim to produce a car that showcases both speed and endurance on various challenging circuits, including the renowned Silverstone National Circuit.

The team is made up of students from diverse STEM and Humanities backgrounds, dedicating their extra time to ongoing projects alongside their degree studies. With a structure that includes Engineering, Business, and Marketing teams, everyone works together to develop and construct a competitive car and promote the growth of Warwick Racing as a brand. Since its inception in 2014, Warwick Racing, open to all students, has produced seven generations of competitive internal-combustion engine cars, culminating in the WR7. In 2018, the focus shifted to fully electric-powered racers, recognising their environmental and performance benefits. The latest car, the WRe2, is designed to deliver impressive acceleration and an excellent power-to-weight ratio on the track.

The engineering team, guided by Julia, is committed to completing and upgrading the WRe2, running it through rigorous design and endurance tests while ensuring compliance with Formula Student's technical regulations.

Looking ahead, Warwick Racing expanded in 2020 by bringing on a new marketing division to boost team activity.
