Assessments in the water to demonstrate their own swimming ability. This is followed by a land-based interview where they'll discuss their passion for baby swimming and their experience working with children. Step 2 Once selected, our teachers will undergo an intensive training program that includes theoretical learning, practical swim teaching, and child safeguarding training. Step 3 After completing their training, our teachers will continue to receive ongoing support and development to ensure they are always delivering the highest quality lessons.
