Brooke, another instructor at Water Waves, has recently completed her training as a swimming instructor and is enthusiastic about facilitating swimming lessons this summer. Having learned to swim in the lake herself, Brooke is well-equipped to connect with students and ensure a positive learning experience. Kai, a Jr. instructor certified by the Water Waves staff, has impressed students with his teaching abilities.

He is dedicated to helping students excel in their swimming lessons and is available for lessons four days a week.

Micaela, the Owner & CAO, is a driving force behind Water Waves. With a talent for making learning to swim exciting and fun, Micaela creates engaging lessons that resonate with children. She actively promotes the importance of learning how to swim at any age and is committed to mentoring youth to become swimming instructors and lifeguards. Morgan, the Program Director, is known for her ability to keep students focused and engaged during lessons.

She ensures that each student reaches their swimming goals while having a great time in the process.

Belize, an experienced instructor who has taught at the Penticton pool for the past six years, is passionate about making learning fun for everyone. She emphasizes the essential skill of swimming in our community and believes in the enjoyment that swimming can bring. With a patient and innovative teaching approach, Belize is dedicated to helping students develop their swimming abilities. Water Waves also collaborates with various partnerships to bring their programming to the community, further enhancing their reach and impact.
