Welcome to Wauchope Thunder Rugby, the premier rugby club in Wauchope, New South Wales. Founded in 2015, Wauchope Thunder has established a strong presence in the local rugby community and continues to build a reputation for excellence both on and off the field.

The club boasts a range of teams catering to players of all ages and skill levels. The Thunderlings, our junior rugby programme, provides a nurturing and supportive environment for children to learn and develop their rugby skills. Led by dedicated coaches and mentors, the Thunderlings programme focuses on teaching the fundamentals of the game while instilling the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect.

For women looking to get involved in rugby, our women's rugby team offers a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming and inclusive community. Led by Marc Minor, our experienced and passionate women's rugby programme aims to promote the growth and participation of women in the sport.

The heart of our club lies in our men's rugby team, which competes in the Southern Zone Championship. Led by Peter Daley, our men's team has had great success, recently becoming the 2023 Southern Zone Champions. With a dedicated coaching staff and a strong emphasis on skill development and tactical play, the men's rugby team is a force to be reckoned with.
