Every surf coach at WaveRetreat is qualified as an international beach lifeguard and holds an International Surf Association Level 2 Surf Coach award. In addition, they are also certified yoga instructors, enabling them to provide tailored coaching that maximises performance in the water. Having a strong foundation in yoga is key to improving flexibility, balance, body control, breathing, focus, and relaxation all essential skills for successful surfing.
