Our team of instructors have been coaching since the mid-1990s and have a wealth of knowledge about surfing from around the world.

At Waves Surf School, we provide innovative teaching methods and maintain small student to instructor ratios, ensuring a safe, personal, and fun environment for all our clients to develop their surfing skills. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced surfer, there is a session tailored for you.

We take pride in being different from larger surf schools. At Waves Surf School, we cater to all ages and abilities and have taught many surfers over the past 15 years. Many of our students return to Waves Surf School year after year to further develop their skills and experience the thrilling adrenaline rush that comes with surfing.

As a mobile surf school, we have the advantage of choosing the beach that will offer the best waves on any given day. Our licence allows us to teach at various beaches in the Padstow area. This flexibility ensures that we rarely have to postpone our sessions, as there is typically a wave somewhere.
