Kidzone is a class designed for children aged 8 to 12 years old. This class focuses on teaching the fundamentals of Kickboxing and Karate in a fun and engaging environment. Students will learn basic self-defence techniques, improve their coordination and flexibility, and develop discipline and respect for themselves and others. Kidzone classes are a great way for children to build confidence, stay active, and make new friends.

The Adult class is open to individuals aged 13 and above, regardless of their current level of experience. Whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned martial artist, this class offers a challenging and rewarding training experience. Adults will have the opportunity to build strength and endurance through high-intensity workouts, refine their technique through partner drills and sparring, and enhance their overall martial arts skills. This class provides a supportive and encouraging atmosphere for adults to achieve their fitness and self-defence goals.
