Children and teens aged six to 18 can participate in the weekly Main Stages performing arts classes at Stagecoach Performing Arts Weymouth. These classes focus on improving singing, dancing, and drama skills, and are a great way for young people to develop their talents.
At our club, the classes are divided into smaller groups based on age, so your child will always be learning and performing with their peers. And the best part? Each week brings a variety of exciting activities, so no two sessions are the same. This keeps things fresh and ensures that your child never gets bored.
We believe in fostering both individual growth and teamwork, so our students are encouraged to develop their skills both individually and as part of a team. This way, they learn the value of collaboration and support, which are essential skills in any stage performance. And speaking of performances, parents, and guardians are always welcome to come and watch the students showcase their talents.
But it's not just about singing, dancing, and acting. Our students also get the chance to explore different styles of music and dance, such as musical theatre and street dance. And if drama is their passion, they can dive into the world of role play, improvisation, and performance. We believe in providing a well-rounded performing arts education that allows students to discover their passions and strengths.
We're proud to say that our schools operate with an Educational Framework, ensuring consistent and high-quality performing arts education worldwide. But don't worry, we also understand that each student is unique, so our schools are flexible enough to adapt and personalise their lessons according to their students' needs. We want to make sure that every child has the opportunity to shine and grow.
If you're interested in giving our performing arts classes a try, we offer a two-week trial for Main Stages (6-18 year-olds) at a cost of £50. This gives your child the chance to experience the fun and friendly atmosphere of our classes. The sessions run for three hours per week during term time and take place outside of school hours, so it's easy to fit into your schedule. Each term lasts approximately 12 weeks, giving your child ample time to learn and grow.
And here's the best part – if your child loves their trial and wants to continue with Stagecoach, simply speak to your local Stagecoach Performing Arts School Principal for further arrangements. We're here to support your child's passion for performing arts and help them achieve their full potential.
For more information, please contact customer services at 0800 915 0199 or get in touch with your local Stagecoach school. We're always happy to answer any questions and provide more details about our classes.
Note: The two-week trial must be taken within the first four weeks of a Stagecoach term, with the two weeks being consecutive. We also offer a 50% discount for each additional sibling in the Main Stages classes.
