Chris, alongside a team of experienced coaches, offers various training programmes to cater to members’ needs and goals. The facility is well-equipped, featuring a regulation-size boxing ring, heavy bags, speed bags, and strength and conditioning equipment. There are also designated spaces for cardio training and a separate area for youth members.
