Founded by Kelly, the studio provides a range of offerings including restorative yoga, Hatha flow, private and semi-private classes, workshops, and yoga retreats. Each practice at Wellness with Kelly is designed to support students in deepening their connection to their inner wisdom, leading to reconciliation, replenishment, rejuvenation, and revelation.

Kelly specializes in trauma-informed yoga practices that foster restoration, replenishment, and nutrification. With a background in various forms of yoga and training in restorative yoga, yoga Nidr, and more, Kelly holds safe space for students to soften inward and experience transformation on physical and subtle levels. Her teachings are inspired by Vedic wisdom traditions and the guidance of her own mentors and teachers.
