The Mighty Marvels curriculum is designed to engage children aged 4 and up in a fun and age-appropriate way. The classes are inspired by Marvel Super Heroes, with exercises that mimic the movements and actions of their favourite characters. The programme helps children develop important skills such as physical coordination, balance, fitness, control, and basic motor skills. It also focuses on mental aspects such as mental focus, memory, discipline, and emotional confidence.
In addition to physical and mental benefits, the Mighty Marvels programme also instils significant values and character traits. Children learn about the importance of Modesty, Etiquette, Perseverance, Self-Control, and the philosophy of non-conflict self-defence. Through their training, they develop qualities such as leadership, interpersonal respect, cooperation, teamwork, sharing, listening skills, and honesty.
Parents have consistently seen positive changes in their children as a result of their participation in the Mighty Marvels programme.
