The organiser, John, welcomes everyone to West Auckland Boxing - GymJunkie ARENA, the go-to spot for boxing and high-intensity fitness classes in Auckland. John's aim is straightforward – to provide a top-notch facility with dedicated instructors and a supportive community to help you reach your fitness goals.
Located at 153 Hepburn Road in Glendene, Auckland, the gym is right next to the GYM JUNKIE Showroom and distribution centre. The ARENA team consists of 5 members who are passionate about boxing, karate, Muay Thai, Spartan training, and general fitness.
The gym offers a variety of membership options. The Open Gym membership gives you access to all equipment from 6am to 9pm for just $9 per week. For those who prefer structured classes, the Casual Membership at $25 per week provides unlimited class access. There's also a 1-week free trial with unlimited sessions in all classes for anyone wanting to give it a go.
West Auckland Boxing - GymJunkie ARENA has a comprehensive class timetable. Whether you are a beginner or experienced boxer, classes are available for all levels. Knowledgeable instructors guide each session to ensure you get a challenging and rewarding workout. From boxing fitness classes to high-intensity gym sessions, there's something for everyone.
The gym has convenient hours. Mornings run from 5:45am to 7:30am, Monday to Friday, and evenings from 5:30pm to 7:00pm, Monday to Friday. On Saturdays, they're open in the mornings from 7:00am to 8:00am.
