One of the key strengths of Western Suburbs FC is their commitment to inclusivity. They offer a range of programmes and teams tailored to various age groups and genders. For girls with birth years between 2007 and 2011, there is a girls' development programme at Endeavour Park. Additionally, they have a Fantails Girls Only Programme led by fantastic female coaches.

They also offer a Summer Kicks programme that is open to all.

Advance Electrical, a principal sponsor for the men's first and second teams, has been actively involved in the club for seven years.
