Unless a group waiver has been submitted on your behalf, all participants are required to submit a waiver before their scheduled ice time via the Individual Waiver link.
All bookings require a completed roster and group liability waiver submitted through the appropriate link minimum one week prior to scheduled ice time, and all teams require the same minimum one week prior to their first scheduled ice time.
