Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with top-notch training equipment to meet the needs of both beginners and advanced boxers. This includes a 18ft competition level ring, 10 punch bags of varying weights, 2 × 22 aqua bags, 2 x boxing bars, 2 x wall-mounted boxing bars, 2 x speed balls, 1 x Spar Master, 2 x treadmills, 2 x fluid rowers, 2 x air cycles, and a weights area with dumbbells and barbell rack. In addition, we provide separate male and female showers and changing rooms for your convenience.
For those who aspire to step into the ring and experience the thrill of competitive boxing, WLBA offers white collar shows throughout the year in various venues across London. Our experienced trainers will guide you through rigorous training sessions and help you prepare for these exciting events.
We prioritise the well-being of our members and encourage proper hydration during workouts. To facilitate this, we have a filtered water machine available on the gym floor. We encourage you to bring your own water bottle to stay adequately hydrated throughout your training.
Parking is available for our members on Trumpers Way as vehicles are not permitted to park within the trading estate where our gym is located.
