Mark's journey in health and fitness started in 2001 when he earned a Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Therapy. In 2003, he furthered his credentials with a Certified Personal Trainer course from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Over the years, Mark has worked in various fitness clubs, honing his skills in training clients with diverse fitness needs.
Beyond his profession, Mark's love for fitness shines through his participation in triathlons and Ironman events, such as Ironman UK, Ironman Wales, and Ironman Nice France. These experiences fuel his dedication to helping others achieve their fitness goals.
Whitstable Fitness offers one-on-one personal training tailored to individual needs and ambitions. Mark also focuses on fitness mindset, helping clients strengthen willpower and break limiting beliefs. Training begins with a health consultation, including fitness tests to set benchmarks and track progress. Nutritional advice is available, with referrals to dieticians if needed.
Sessions can be 30 or 60 minutes long, conducted either at the Whitstable Fitness studio or outdoors, using equipment like TRX Suspension, free weights, and the Core momentum trainer. Regular contact throughout the week ensures you stay motivated and on track.
Whitstable Fitness offers packages like 10 x 60-minute sessions for £400, 5 x 60-minute sessions for £250, and 4 x 30-minute sessions for £110, with customised options available based on your needs.
