While payments made to an Association, League, or Club are subject to fees, the Netball Connect app itself is free for all users. It is available for download on both Apple and Android devices.

In terms of accessibility, Comp Admin can be accessed in countries such as Australia, Egypt, India, New Zealand, Pakistan, the Philippines, and the United States. User Registration, on the other hand, is available in Australia, India, Indonesia, New Zealand, and the United States.
