Our class sizes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 12 members per class, to ensure individual attention and premium service from our experienced coaches. With a coaching staff boasting over 25 years of collegiate and professional athletics experience, we also offer sports-specific training programs to help athletes achieve their peak performance. WholeFit is locally owned and operated, serving members from Lucan and surrounding communities. We offer in-person and at-home training options to accommodate all ages and fitness levels.
