The studio offers a variety of yoga sessions, including Yoga for Autism, therapeutic yoga, and Thai yoga massage. Students can expect to improve body awareness, increase focus, develop coordination, release tension, and gain overall confidence. Sessions may include a combination of yoga movements, restorative poses, breathing exercises, mantra, stories, meditation, RMTi, and Thai yoga massage.
