Welcome to Wightmore School of Dance, a well-regarded dance school in Tiverton, Devon. Founded and co-owned by Sue and Christina Wightmore, this school has proudly secured the 'Dance School of the Year' accolade for three successive years, 20/21, 21/22, and 22/23, awarded by the South West Prestige Awards.

Sue and Christina are committed to fostering a friendly and inclusive environment for both children and adults with a passion for dance. The school offers classes for all experience levels, ranging from students as young as 2 years old to adults. Whether for recreation or professional aspirations, Wightmore School of Dance accommodates a variety of interests.

The team, including Sue, Christina, and Robert, are dedicated and experienced instructors who give individual attention to each student, helping them reach their full potential. They create a nurturing environment where students can enhance their strength, flexibility, technique, and stage presence.

Wightmore School of Dance offers a variety of specialist classes, such as Ballet, Modern, Tap, Jazz, Acrobatic Arts, Hip Hop, and Contemporary. These classes cater to different interests and abilities, providing a well-rounded dance education. Students also have opportunities to participate in shows and examinations, which enhance their skills and boost their confidence and love for dance.
