I listened to the wind rustling through their leaves, I could feel a sense of calm wash over me. It was in those quiet moments that I found solace and began to understand the importance of connection to nature, to oneself and to others.
As I grew older, I discovered the practice of yoga and meditation, which deepened my connection to my body, mind, and spirit. I found that through these practices, I was able to let go of the anger and resentment I held onto for so long, and instead, cultivate a sense of peace, love, and compassion within myself. It was through yoga and meditation that I was able to heal and transform my life.
Inspired by my own journey and the transformative power of yoga and meditation, I founded Wild + Free Collective in Grande Prairie. Our studio is a haven for those seeking to reconnect with their true selves, to find balance and harmony in their lives, and to cultivate a sense of wildness and freedom within.
At Wild + Free Collective, we offer a variety of classes and workshops led by experienced instructors who are passionate about supporting you on your wellness journey. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, our classes are designed to meet you where you are and help you grow and evolve in your practice. From dynamic vinyasa flows to restorative yin sessions, we have something for everyone.
In addition to our regular classes, we also offer yoga teacher training programs, meditation workshops, personal training sessions and retreats to help you deepen your practice and connect with like-minded individuals.
